Meta intelligence

Thoughts sent to the FBI, to point out if there were such a thing visible on camera, it would present a security vulnerability, since any intelligence operation, foreign agent, or private interest, could leverage that information with regular cameras, go pros, drones, surveillance footage, etc.... haven't heard back. I am requesting surveillance footage from the Boston common to validate the hypothesis.
