Called ADP to confirm it would be insane for any of their employees to perform covert police work in public, since it's a regular payroll company who does not do covert police employment services. They agreed, the question itself, sounded absurd. I think, if true, it has something to do with Portuguese water dogs, and a desired alternate political reality, which does not exist.... Something something 'car water bottles'... Yes the Portuguese had their economy collapse in 2008, and in the 70s, while unconstitutional domestic espionage was occurring in the United States, had a fascist dictator, and prior to that were colonial wildcards.... As far as I know, there is no officially sanctioned covert operations going on in the United States which would have international implications, nor be guided domestically by random civilians, and I believe it would be absurd for that to be the case.
